PREREQS: None MPREREQS: None COREQS: None MCOREQS: None SUPERSEDED: None HYPER: YES DISTRIBUTION CODE: A (A=Available, I=Internal) PROBLEM RESOLUTION: Follow the instructions below: This fix requires BrightStor ARCserve Backup for Laptops & Desktops version 11.5 to be installed. Install Instructions -------------------- 1. Unzip the fix file as follows: CAZIPXP -u QO90454.CAZ 2. Shutdown the BABLD11.5 Client 3. Apply the fix file as follows (selecting the "Apply PTF to local or remote nodes" option): APPLYPTF Choose QO90454.jcl file. 4. Restart the BABLD11.5 Client. If you want to apply the fix manually, follow steps 1 and 2 above. 3. Rename RwClient.exe under x:\Programe Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup for Laptops & Desktops\client 4. Copy RwClient.exe to x:\Programe Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup for Laptops & Desktops\client 5.
