This fix requires BrightStor ARCserve Backup For Laptops & Desktops             
version 11 to be installed.                                                     
Install Instructions                                                            
--------------------                                                            
1. Unzip the fix file as follows:                                               
      CAZIPXP -u QO60019.CAZ                                                    
2. Apply the fix file as follows (selecting the "Apply PTF                      
   to local or remote nodes" option):                                           
      APPLYPTF                                                                  
   Choose QO60019.jcl file.                                                     
Note: This update must be launched manually (Step 3). If you are an             
ApplyPTF user, ApplyPTF should still be run to update the history file.         
3. From the Client directory, run BABLD11WP1.exe                                
If you want to apply the fix manually,                                          
following step 1 above.
