Symptom: Firmware upgrade of AP9617/18/19 directly through the Wizard is not supported. Cause/Remedy: Firmware must be manually transferred to the AP9617/18/19 using FTP or SCP, or use the Management Card Firmware Upgrade Utility (upgrd_util.exe) 2. Symptom: Uploading and downloading AP9617/18/19 configuration files directly via serial ports through the Wizard is not supported. Cause/Remedy: Configuration files must be loaded via FTP using the Wizard or using other APC configuration tools (iniutil.exe). 7.3 NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS 1. Auto discovery of an unconfigured AP9606 & AP9617/18/19 Network Management Cards over the network with the ability to configure TCP/IP network settings. 2. New Windows Help format. 7.4 BUGS FIXED IN THIS VERSION 1. When the Wizard is run on a computer with DNS enabled and is not connected to a network or does not have a valid DNS name, it appears to hang for approximately 2 minutes. When run on a computer without a NIC interface, an error is reported. In both cases, network transfer options in the Wizard are enabled when they should be disabled. 2. Can't save the file from the FTP transfer screen after clicking the Close button, because it generates an invalid file. Saving it anywhere else will not cause a problem. 3. Unable to set date using the Wizard. Card date is not set to the date specified in the Wizard. 4. Uploading a configuration file from the Card causes a runtime error after it tries to retrieve the Measure-UPS settings when using a MasterSwitch AP9211 or AP9212.
