                     After finishing a Windows  2000 DR and reboot  back        
                     to normal  OS, the  OS will  ask user  to reinstall        
                     some network drivers.  The problem doesn't  seem to        
                     appear if the  DR CD being  used is created  from a        
                     Windows 2000 SP4 integrate CD. It only happens when        
                     the DR  CD is  created with  pre SP3  (or prior  SP        
                     level) integrated Windows 2000 CD.

1. Unzip the fix file as follows:                                               
CAZIPXP -U QO78087.CAZ                                                          
2. Rename DR.DL_ in X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve                     
Backup\BOOTDISK.W2K to DR.DL_.QO78087.                                          
3. Copy DR.DL_ to X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve                       
Backup\BOOTDISK.W2K.                                                            
4. Rename DR.DL_ in X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve                     
Backup\BOOTDISK.1 to DR.DL_.QO78087.                                            
5. Copy DR.DL_ to X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve                       
Backup\BOOTDISK.1.
