be installed.                                                                   
1. Shutdown all BrightStor ARCserve Backup services.                            
2. Unzip the fix file as follows:                                               
CAZIPXP -U QO91387.CAZ                                                          
3. Rename asbackup.dll in X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve               
Backup to asbackup.dll.QO91387.                                                 
4. Copy asbackup.dll to X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve                 
Backup.                                                                         
5. Start all BrightStor ARCserve Backup services.
