Shutdown all BrightStor ARCserve Backup services. 2. Unzip the fix file as follows: CAZIPXP -U QO65655.CAZ 3. Rename ASDBCLI1.dll in X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup to ASDBCLI1.dll.QO65655. 4. Copy ASDBCLI1.dll to X:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup. 5.
