I.	UPGRADE and FEATURES
   1. Enables ARCserve 2000 Advanced Edition to work with Enterprise Edition Options
      and Agents:
      a. VMS Agent
      b. AS-400 Agent
      c. SQL 2000 Agent
      d. Network Library Option
   2. Enables ARCserve 2000 to work with the new SQL database agent that supports MS SQL
      2000


II.	PRE-REQUISITE
   1. You need to have the original ARCserve 2000 CD handy due to MSI limitation.
   2. You need to have ARCserve 2000 or ARCserve 2000 plus SP1 for ARCserve 2000 in
      order to install SP2 for ARCserve 2000
