After restoring an entire Tape Session that contains the "SIS Common Store" folder, the SIS Link files (those that display in the normal Explorer views) appear to be empty. 2. After Restoring file(s) selected from an ARCserve Tape Session that contains the "SIS Common Store" folder, and the file(s) are really SIS Link files, those files appear to be empty. 3. For either of the above situations, if the restore job spans tapes, the message "E3204 Failed to get SIS Common Store file location from database" appears in the Activity Log. The restore is incomplete. NOTE: If the NT Client Agent is used to perform backups and restores, then the T352022 testfix must be applied to the machines running the Client Agent.
