I. Installation
1. Installing ARCserve Storage Suite For Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server
1.1 To install, load ARCserve Storage Suite for Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server CD into your CD-ROM drive. Running the SETUP.EXE program will give you a Welcome Screen, the License Agreement, and the following installation options:
Complete Installation - Installs all components of ARCserve Storage Suite on a single machine.
Custom Installation - Installs one or more components of ARCserve Storage Suite on a single machine.

2 Run ARCserve
2.1 To run ARCserve you can either go to the Small Business Server Console choose the More Tasks tab, or Tasks tab depending where you installed, select Back Up and Restore Data Using ARCserve, and click on ARCserve Manager icon; or go to the ARCserve program group and double click on ARCserve Manager.
II. Features
In addition to ARCserve, the installation package includes:
- Disaster Recovery v2.0
- Backup Agent for Microsoft SQL
- Backup Agent for Microsoft Exchange
- Backup Agent for Open Files
- Client Agent for Windows NT
- Client Agent for Windows 95
The Client Agents will be pre-installed on the Small Business Server and then you can install them to your client machines (Windows NT/95) following the appropriate steps (Please refer to the ARCserve Storage Suite for Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server Getting Started Guide).
Note: If you install the Backup Agent for Open Files, you have to reboot your server (you will be prompted to do so).
