   session resulted in the following message:

   "You do not have the proper encryption level to access this 
   session."

Installation Instructions for Hotfix ME180024

1. Copy ME180024.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk and 
   execute the command:

   ME180024

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your 
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
