SPSL 2.0 is identical to the Apple Public Source License (APSL) 2.0 -
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/apsl-2.0.php.  It essentially extends the Mozilla Public License (MPL) to broaden distribution to "Externally Deployed", plus similar to the Netscape or AOLserver Public License includes reservations for trademarks.

What this means to you is that you can include our software in your commercial product without releasing the source code to your software as long as you properly attribute it to Solitex Networks or am.net.  However, any modifications you make to our software has to be released to the public when you Externally Deploy them, even if you are not physically distributing the software outside of your servers.
