Colocated Dedicated Server
This service is an alternative to a combination of:
Web Site Hosting, Virtual Web Server, Dedicated AOLserver Service, Your Own Database, and Secure Virtual Web Server (setting up a secure Web site on your dedicated server has no monthly fee but still has the same one-time setup fees)
With this service you locate your own dedicated server here at our premises. We provide ongoing backup, maintenance, monitoring, power, Internet connection, etc. You can send us a server you already own, buy/lease one from us or rent the use of a dedicated server (see below).
The service includes 50 separate mailboxes & the Free Dial-up access to the Internet in Santa Rosa. Your server will be set up with AOLserver Web server software and Illustra/MSDE database. You have unlimited use and control of both and you can also install (or have us install for an extra fee) any software on your server.
Up to 10 IP addresses / Virtual Servers / Web Sites are included. The setup fee includes one virtual server and one database. Any additional services are subject to the standard setup fees (but not the monthly fees). This service must be purchased together with Bandwidth Usage by Colocated Servers (next item). DNS Services are not included.

Cybercash Software
This software allows you to instantly verify and optionally charge credit cards on your Web site. A merchant account with a financial institution participating in Cybercash is required. We can assist with obtaining such an account.

All billing is done quarterly 3 months in advance and each bill is adjusted for increases and decreases in usage for both the previous period and the one billed for.

In other words, if you signed up for a $50/month level of service and paid the $150 for the 3 months, but in the 2 months out of 3 your usage exceeded beyond the allowed monthly level, your bill for the next quarter will be adjusted for 2 months x $50, plus the new rate of $100 per month, so your total bill would be $400.
